Will a physical poster or frame be shipped?
These listings are digital artworks. Printing, framing and any physical display materials are arranged separately.
What photos should I provide for a custom portrait?
Use clear original photographs with good lighting and visible faces or pet markings. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and blurred images. Follow the photo instructions on the specific Etsy listing.
Can every design be personalized?
Personalization varies by listing. Check the Etsy description and contact the shop before purchasing if you need a particular subject count, size or change.
How should I prepare my print?
Check the delivered file dimensions and aspect ratio before choosing a frame. Ask your print provider to preserve the artwork proportions and review a preview before printing. File sizes and delivery timing depend on the listing.
